• Suitable for cutting industrial aluminum profiles, broken bridge aluminum doors and windows, curtain wall materials, and for cutting and blanking PVC and wood profiles. The sawing angle can be adjusted freely between 43° and 157.5°.

• The numerical control system supports advanced functions such as optimized cutting of profiles.

• Equipped with an imported high-speed spindle direct motor with a diamond saw blade; the saw blade feed is driven by a gas-liquid damping cylinder to ensure stable cutting.

• Uses a high-precision imported cutting saw blade for smooth cutting surfaces, with an imported servo motor driving an imported reducer.

• Allows input of multiple profile sizes at once for continuous cutting of different lengths. Processing size can be input directly, and sawing length can be changed without returning to the reference point.

• A saw blade sealing device beneath the workbench provides excellent chip removal, along with a follow-up opening and closing saw cover for enhanced safety and a clean working environment.

• Each head is equipped with two cylinders for clamping, ensuring safe and reliable cutting.
