• It is suitable for machining round holes, slotted holes, lock holes, and special-shaped holes of industrial aluminum alloy profiles, doors, windows, and curtain wall aluminum profiles, as well as milling, chamfering, and plane carving of aluminum profiles.

• The spindle adopts an air-cooled electric spindle with a power of 6 and 5 kW and a rotation speed of 0–18,000 rpm, ensuring high precision, good safety, and high reliability.

• Adopting a CNC system equipped with professional CAD-CAM programming software, the G-code can be automatically converted and processed, offering simple operation, high efficiency, and low labor intensity.

• All motion pairs adopt imported guide rails and sliders; the X-axis uses high-precision helical gears and racks, while the Y-axis and Z-axis use high-precision ball screws for transmission, ensuring smooth transmission and improved accuracy of the entire machine.

• The workbench rotates 180° (-90° ~ 0° ~ +90°), allowing profiles to be machined on three sides in one setup.

• When processing deep through holes (special-shaped holes), deep hole machining is achieved by rotating the workbench, improving both efficiency and quality.

• A manual pump oil supply system is adopted, and the tool uses a system-controlled spray cooling device.
